Our Stardome trip was fantastic! We had fun and learnt a lot!
We joined two young kids for a breathtaking look at each of our solar system's planets. A wise astronomy book guided them through the universe. No wonder we love reading - we can use our imaginations and go anywhere we want!
Our educator David showed us Auckland's night sky. It was beautiful. If you want to gaze up the universe, go away from the city and its lights. David taught us how to find Matariki, the Maori fishhook, Mars, Venus and the Moon in the night sky. We might practise it with our families!
